About the job
The Bad Zurzach + Baden Health Promotion Foundation plans to further automate group-wide procurement processes. The introduction of a procurement platform is planned for November 2026. The person in this role is the central point to adapt the platform according to the requirements and defined processes and to continuously optimise it.
Tasks
- Support and further development of the procurement platform (e-Procurement): Configuration, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of the platform according to the requirements of the specialist departments
- Catalogue management: Connection of electronic catalogues together with suppliers; mapping of the defined core assortment with the agreed conditions
- First-level support: For the users of the procurement platform as well as coordination with the provider on technical issues
- Master data management: Maintenance and quality assurance of supplier, material and organisational master data in the procurement platform
- Training: Training of employees and specialist departments in the use of the procurement platform, as well as the creation and updating of training materials and user manuals
- Process optimisation in purchasing: Analysis, documentation and continuous improvement of procurement processes (Procure-to-Pay; Source-to-Contract) as well as updating of guidelines and work instructions
- Active support in the implementation of the procurement platform (Go-Live November 2026): Participation in the conceptual phase, configuration of workflows and forms, coordination of user acceptance tests
- Interface management with IT, Finance, HR, FM and Pharmacy: Coordination of master data flows between the procurement platform and the ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC and dynMED/NAV17) and other subsystems
- Reporting and controlling: Creation and maintenance of evaluations, dashboards and KPI reports to support strategic purchasing
Profile
- Education: Completed training in business administration, business informatics, supply chain management or comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing (e.g. SVME)
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally with experience in digitalising procurement processes, category management, and supplier management. Experience with e-procurement platforms (e.g. Onventis, Ebidtopay, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba etc.) is an advantage
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable), affinity for digital tools, master data maintenance and process management
- Personality: Strong communication and training skills, ability to explain technical contexts clearly and coordinate various stakeholders (specialist departments, IT, management)
- Working style: Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high initiative, as well as enjoyment in shaping and further developing processes in a dynamic environment
- Languages: Confident German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage (provider communication)
