Junior ERP Application Manager
Do you want to dive into the world of ERP, business processes and digitalisation and support various departments in their daily business? Then you are exactly right with us! As a Junior ERP Application Manager, you work directly at the interface between systems, processes and people. In doing so, you develop our ERP landscape step by step and actively shape the topics of digitalisation, automation and AI.
Your future main tasks:
- You ensure the smooth operation of our ERP systems and competently support the departments in their daily business
- You take responsibility for the maintenance and quality of our master data as well as the monitoring of central system processes and interfaces
- You analyse disruptions, contribute to their sustainable resolution and actively contribute to continuous improvement
- You train and empower our employees in dealing with ERP systems and processes
- You participate in ERP, digitalisation and process optimisation projects, accompany system implementations, releases and changes, and support the further development of our business processes
Your ideal qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial, technical or IT-related basic education
- You have good MS Office skills as well as initial experience with ERP systems, business applications or business processes
- You think in networks, understand processes and approach issues in a structured and analytical way
- You are curious, eager to learn and open to new technologies, digital solutions and changes
