Introduction

For our client, a modern and appreciative institution in the Bern area, we are looking for a committed Health Specialist EFZ to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of residents in everyday life
• Implementation of nursing measures with a focus on safety and well-being
• Careful nursing documentation as well as carrying out professional technical activities
• Contact person for relatives, doctors and external agencies
• Co-responsibility for compliance with and assurance of care quality

Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Empathetic, respectful and communicative personality
• Enjoyment of working with elderly people
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as understanding of Swiss German
