In this exciting role, you are responsible for the operational procurement of electronic components and assemblies within defined product groups. You ensure supply security and make an important contribution to cost optimisation, quality improvement and value creation of our company.

Your area of responsibility

Operational procurement of electronic components, printed circuit boards, assemblies and related services
Co-responsibility for obsolescence management of electronic components
Obtaining, checking and comparing offers as well as conducting price and condition negotiations within the defined framework
Triggering, monitoring and tracking orders including deadline and delivery control
Ensuring material availability taking into account stock levels, demand planning and production requirements
Maintaining supplier and article data in SAP
Handling delivery deviations, complaints and invoice discrepancies
Close cooperation with production, scheduling, development and quality assurance
Support in optimising purchasing processes and supplier performance

Your profile

Completed technical training in the field of electronics
Several years of experience in operational purchasing in the electronics or industrial environment
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Sound technical understanding of electronic components and assemblies
Negotiation skills, assertiveness and a structured way of working
Reliable, team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
Good German and English skills, spoken and written
