As part of our operating team, an exciting and educational time awaits you, during which you will gain comprehensive insights into the processes and organization of an operating department. The following tasks await you:- Integration into the operating team and active collaboration
- Organization and planning of the daily routine in the operating department
- Proper handing of sterile goods before and during operations
- Operation of technical equipment and devices
- Deepening the understanding of hygiene and asepsis in the operating room
- Getting to know the structural, personnel, and material organization as well as the logistics in the operating area
YOUR PROFILE
- a completed vocational training with EFZ or specialized or health middle school or gymnasium diploma
- aptitude for technical devices and manual dexterity
- pronounced communication skills

- openness and willingness to learn new knowledge and skills
- motivation to continuously develop and take on challenges.
YOUR PERSPECTIVES
You will complete your school education at the Higher Technical School for Health and Social Affairs in Aarau (www.hfgs.ch). A prerequisite for employment is that you successfully pass the school's admission procedure.
- In connection with the admission procedure, you will complete a 3-day aptitude internship.
- We will support you comprehensively and assist you throughout your entire training.
- During your training, you have the opportunity to do an exchange internship at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital.
