As part of our operating team, an exciting and instructive time awaits you, during which you will gain comprehensive insights into the processes and organisation of an operating department. The following tasks await you:- Integration into the operating team and active collaboration
- Organisation and planning of the daily routine in the operating department
- Proper handing of sterile goods before and during operations
- Operation of technical apparatus and devices
- Deepening understanding of hygiene and asepsis in the operating theatre
- Getting to know the structural, personnel and material organisation as well as the logistics in the operating area
YOUR PROFILE
- a completed vocational basic education with EFZ or specialised or health middle school or gymnasial Matura
- aptitude for technical devices and manual dexterity
- pronounced communication skills
- team-capable, resilient and reliable personality
- openness and willingness to learn new knowledge and skills
- motivation to continuously develop and take on challenges.
YOUR PERSPECTIVES
You will complete your school education at the Higher Technical School for Health and Social Affairs in Aarau (www.hfgs.ch). A prerequisite for employment is that you successfully pass the school’s admission procedure.
- In connection with the admission procedure, you will complete a 3-day aptitude internship.
- We will comprehensively support and assist you throughout your entire training.
- During your training, you have the opportunity to do an exchange internship at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital.
