Field Sales Representative Switzerland (m/f/d)

EXPED AG, based in Zurich with a branch in the USA (Tacoma, WA), is a globally active Swiss SME. We develop and distribute high-quality outdoor products such as sleeping mats, sleeping bags, tents, and backpacks.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual for field sales in Switzerland (80–100%). From our office in Zurich, you will support the sports and outdoor specialist trade in the Suisse Romande and parts of German-speaking Switzerland. You work independently, travel frequently, and maintain personal contact with customers.

Your Tasks

• You support our specialist retailers, further develop customer relationships, and acquire new customers
• You plan and budget the sales season in your area
• You conduct product training and support the trade with top product presentations
• You personally attend to your customers on sales days at the TMC, at trade fairs, and via digital channels
• You work closely with the team in Zurich and actively contribute market and customer feedback

What You Bring

• You communicate confidently in German and French, both spoken and written
• Several years of experience in field sales or sales, ideally in the sports and outdoor specialist trade environment
• Outdoor and mountain sports are part of your world and you can credibly explain and present products
• Enjoyment in contact with people, negotiation skills, and a reliable manner
• Interest in market developments, new trends, and innovative products
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style with entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland
• Advantageous: An existing network in the Swiss sports and outdoor specialist trade
