Select Service Partner (Switzerland) AG is part of the multinational gastronomic group SSP Group plc. At the Zurich Airport and Zurich city locations, we currently operate 20 sales outlets and employ around 360 staff. In addition to our bespoke concepts Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar and Alpenblick, we also operate well-known brands in Switzerland as a franchisee, such as Burger King, Starbucks stores and six stores of the English brand Prêt a Manger.

Junior Shift Leader (m/f/d) 100%

Your main tasks:

• Operational assistance in managing the unit
• Active support of the team
• Assistance with inventory taking and stock checks as well as receipt and control of internal and external orders
• Constant checking and adherence to processes and standards
• Assistance with recruitment, training, and development of employees (support from HR)
• Various administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Service-oriented and resilient personality with quick comprehension
• "An eye for the essentials"
• Structured and independent working style
• Resilience and flexibility (7-day week)
• Very good German skills and good English skills
