As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you ensure that Germany's largest rail transport fleet is always kept running at the highest quality.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the leading coordination and timely control of all investment measures in the Würzburg high-performance network
- To ensure successful implementation, you communicate key results and anchor the high-performance network concept in investment planning and segment control
- Maintaining and further developing the technical and project-related overall overview of the high-performance network are among your central tasks
- In close cooperation with facility managers and regional interface partners, you coordinate measures on diversion routes and infrastructure facilities
- You coordinate, prioritise, and control investment programmes together with the maintenance, infrastructure planning, and project management departments
- You create concepts and management presentations and support escalations, closure concepts, as well as the continuous development of the high-performance network
Your profile:
- A successfully completed degree in civil, electrical, or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience forms the basis of your career
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in railway operations or in the implementation of cross-trade construction projects, characterise your profile
- You bring enthusiasm for railways and a willingness to engage with new technical topics
- You represent your position with expert arguments, communicate appropriately for the target audience, and approach conflicts with a solution-oriented mindset
- Your environment describes you as a doer who recognises potential, actively tackles challenges, and consistently pursues goals
- Analytical skills as well as the ability to prepare complex topics clearly and communicate them appropriately for the target group complete your profile
