• You plan, manage and document the entire care process in a needs-oriented and seamless manner
• You carry out medical measures and medication administration professionally and safely
• You accompany and support your team colleagues, especially when they need professional assistance, so that care is always optimally coordinated
• You work trustfully with relatives and in the interdisciplinary team to create a professional, appreciative atmosphere
• You actively shape the quality of care, apply your expertise purposefully and bring in new ideas to continuously improve care

What you bring

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent training recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in working with older people and a holistic, appreciative care culture
• Responsible, empathetic and team-oriented personality
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
