- You support the shared housing manager with organisational and operational matters in everyday life.
- You take responsibility to ensure that the educational work within the team complies with the foundation’s concepts and quality standards and is further developed together.
- You are the first point of contact for team members, residents and relatives.
- You implement guidelines with commitment and loyalty and convincingly uphold the foundation’s values and principles.
- Organisational and administrative tasks with creative freedom as well as interdisciplinary collaboration complete your varied range of duties.
You bring with you
- You are communicative, decisive and work goal-oriented.
- You bring several years of experience in the educational support of people with support needs.
- You are loyal and willing to share leadership decisions and represent them convincingly in everyday life.
- You think ahead, act proactively and know how to motivate others and delegate tasks sensibly.
