Due to business expansion, we are looking for a professionally skilled individual who consciously wishes to focus on the management of residential and commercial properties.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Conducting apartment and property viewings as well as inspections and handovers
• Contact person for tenants, owners, and craftsmen
• Organisation and coordination of maintenance and renovation work
• Rent setting, contract management, and support of ongoing tenancies
• Ensuring professional, service-oriented management

Your profile:

• Professional experience in property management required
• Further training as a real estate clerk or federal real estate manager (portfolio can be adjusted depending on seniority)
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Confident manner as well as high service and customer orientation
• Good MS Office skills, experience with ImmoTop2 is an advantage
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
