Residential Specialist (workload selectable between 50-90%)
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support for clients in daily life as well as promoting their development potential
- Cooperative key person work
- Close coordination with the team for a common caregiving-educational attitude and for shaping daily life
- Active assistance in the group household
- Maintaining client documentation
You bring:
- Degree as a Social Educator HF/FH or Care Specialist (FaBe) in the field of disability care or Health Specialist (FaGe) or Nursing Specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and joy in valuing the support of people
- Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one's own actions
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
