In this role, you combine demanding project and consulting work with the professional leadership of a small team. You stay close to the customers and implementation – while simultaneously developing your team.

It is rarely about clearly defined requirements, but rather questions such as:

• How do you digitalise a process so that it really works in everyday life?
• How do you translate complex business requirements into a scalable technical solution?
• How do you connect systems so that data flows consistently and processes become seamless?
• How do you build solutions that not only work today but remain maintainable in the long term and include the AI solutions of tomorrow?

You work closely with customers, consulting, solution design, and engineering, take end-to-end responsibility for projects and solutions – and lead your team through these topics.

You will:

• lead and implement demanding custom digitalisation projects based on the Microsoft Power Platform – from the initial idea to go-live
• take responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• analyse customer requirements and translate them into viable solution approaches
• advise customers at all levels – professionally, technically, and strategically
• design digital processes, automations, and individual applications and take responsibility for their implementation
• make the right architecture and solution decisions together with the solution architects
• lead and develop a team of consultants, developers, and project managers professionally
• coach your team members and support their professional and personal development
• actively participate in building the team as well as in recruiting and staffing
• support presales activities and present solutions convincingly

One day you discuss a process architecture with the customer. The next, you structure a project setup, lead your team through a critical phase, or accompany the development of an employee. Afterwards, you bring a solution together to go-live.

You do not just manage projects. You design solutions that really work in the company – and a team that delivers them.

What's your ambition?

We are looking for personalities with:

• several years of experience as a consultant and/or project manager in a consulting or digitalisation environment
• experience in the professional leadership of teams – or a clear ambition to take this step
• strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• high personal responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• experience in stakeholder and expectation management
• the ability to connect the business and IT worlds
• a structured, solution-oriented working style
• a confident appearance at all levels – from the specialist department to executive management

Particularly relevant are experiences in areas such as:

• leading IT or digitalisation projects
• consulting experience
• Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or other business applications
• process digitalisation and automation
• system integration, APIs, and data flows
• working in customer-oriented consulting or project environments

Additionally advantageous are experiences with:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
• Dynamics 365 or other business applications
• Azure, cloud architectures, or integration platforms
• data models, governance, and scaling of solutions
