Your Tasks
- You accompany patients with empathy and jointly develop individual support and care plans
- You work closely with families, schools, authorities and other institutions to ensure the best possible promotion and support
- In the multiprofessional team of medicine, nursing and therapy, you actively contribute your social pedagogical expertise and conduct counselling and group discussions
- Furthermore, you participate in the planning and implementation of youth welfare measures, take over documentation and quality assurance, and maintain a strong network with external partners
Your Profile
- You have a respectful and empathetic attitude towards our young patients and hold a degree in Social Work or Social and Organisational Pedagogy with state recognition
- Ideally, you already have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and possess knowledge of social law (SGB VIII, IX, XII)
- You work independently, responsibly and are willing to develop professionally
- A category B driving licence, with the willingness to drive a company car if required, completes your profile
