The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for motivated nursing staff to start immediately or by arrangement for our care areas:
- Geriatrics – Care for approximately 27 residents with complex age-related care and support needs - 80 - 100 %
- Dementia – Care according to Dr Christoph Held’s 3-Worlds Model (currently 72, future 160 residents) – 80 - 100 %
- Younger – Care for around 14 younger people in need of care with structured living and day programmes with a pedagogical focus - 80 - 100 %

This is how you support us:
- You create a structured, respectful daily routine for our residents
- You carry out planned care and support tasks according to individual needs and biographies
- You perform simple nursing measures in compliance with hygiene guidelines
- You carefully maintain nursing documentation within your area of competence
- You pass on important observations to the nursing staff
- You independently and reliably perform household tasks
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Health & Social Assistant EBA, SRK Nursing Assistant, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have experience in long-term care and possess in-depth knowledge in at least one of our specialist areas: Geriatrics, Dementia, or Younger & Pedagogy
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
