Your tasks

• Management and supervision of teams on construction sites
• Organisation and allocation of tasks among colleagues
• Planning and monitoring the progress of work
• Management of equipment and anticipation of site needs
• Coordination with suppliers and various trades
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and set objectives
• Preparation of daily reports
• Control of compliance with quality and safety standards
• Application and monitoring of current regulations

Your profile

• Federal VET Certificate (CFC) in masonry, team leader certificate or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar role
• Strong experience in managing and organising construction sites
• Excellent technical knowledge in structural work
• Ability to unite, motivate and supervise a team
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and good priority management
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written
• Driving licence essential
