Activation Specialist (40%)

Your tasks:
- Independent planning, organisation, implementation and evaluation of resource- and needs-oriented activation offers for individual and group activities
- Activating daily activities for residents in the activation room but also on the wards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in all areas, especially nursing and catering
- Supervision and accompaniment of events such as walks, music and dance events
Your profile:
- Completed training with several years of professional experience in the field of activation, art or movement therapy (HF qualification preferred)
- Team spirit as well as great flexibility and resilience
- Organisational and decision-making skills combined with high professional, factual and personal competence
- Joy and experience with elderly and dementia patients
- Strong service orientation, discretion, good German skills and accustomed to working on a PC
