Sales Back Office Employee 100% (m/f/d)
at Glas Trösch AG, Automotive Glass Branch Liestal
This is your area of responsibility:
- You accept telephone orders and process orders professionally
- You competently advise our customers on all questions related to automotive glass
- You support sales promotion measures and customer training
- You take on general administrative tasks
- You assist in managing the warehouse
- You conduct product demonstrations for customers
- You handle customer complaints
- You help with the delivery of our products in case of a driver’s absence
This is what you bring with you:
- You have completed training in the automotive industry or in the commercial sector
- Ideally, you have professional experience in a similar position
- You have a flair for sales and possess sound technical understanding
- You enjoy customer contact and communicate in Swiss German
- You keep a cool head even in hectic moments
- You hold a category B driving license
