What to expect

Leadership of the Infrastructure Services department
Ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT operation across all infrastructure and operational services
Responsibility for availability, performance, lifecycle management, and continuous optimization of the infrastructure
Escalation and decision-making authority in major incidents and critical operational situations
Overall responsibility for shaping, implementing, and further developing the future IT operating model of ÖKK
Active transformation from a high level of in-house production to a service-, integration-, and provider-oriented operating model (Service Broker / SIAM)
Establishment of clear end-to-end service responsibility across internal and external service providers
Management of external partners and providers including SLA, KPI, cost, and quality responsibility

What you bring

Higher education in computer science (FH/HF/University) or equivalent qualification
Several years of leadership and practical experience in the ICT infrastructure or operations environment
Solid know-how in modern infrastructure stacks, e.g.: Microsoft Cloud (Azure / M365), automation & IaC, network & security, modern workplace
Experience in transforming IT operating models (e.g., Service Broker, SIAM, multi-provider models)
Experience in regulated environments (FINMA, data protection, BCM) is an advantage
Leadership personality with clear decisiveness, implementation focus, and sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills at management and business level
