To complement our team at the Caritas Market in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for a Retail Specialist Food (80%) with agogic training.

What to expect

You will work in our Caritas Market as part of a committed team. This consists of another employee, apprentices, staff in vocational integration, and civil service workers. With your expertise and experience, you will help shape an attractive market and contribute to a good shopping experience for our customers. This includes product presentation and management, ordering, cashier support and accounting, as well as other administrative and branch-related tasks.

As a trained work agogist (or in training), you will guide people in work integration according to agogic principles, accompany the individual development process, and reliably document it in our case management software. You will also support our apprentices in the practical part of their training. You are aware of and enjoy the demanding role between production and social mission.

With this profile, you can successfully take on the broad range of tasks

• Completed training in retail, gastronomy, or equivalent training and several years of experience in food sales are a must.
• Customer-oriented, open personality who enjoys providing our customers with a good shopping experience.
• Completed agogic training – or currently in training or willing to undertake it.
• Experience in guiding programme participants in work integration.
• High social competence and interest in social issues.
• Structured working method and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Willingness not only to embrace new things but also to actively help shape the future.
