About the job
The Baselland Red Cross is committed to supporting people in need with a variety of services. Around 130 employees and more than 500 volunteers help in emergency situations, engage in further education, health promotion, and integration of the population in the Basel region.
For our night watch team in a residential home for people with disabilities, we are looking for support immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Care of residents during the night
- Ensuring a safe environment
- Implementation of prophylactic measures
- Execution of medical prescriptions/therapies
- Guidance and support of nursing assistants in the team
- Management of client documentation
Your profile
- You have training as a FaGe and have professional experience as a night watch.
- You enjoy working independently and take responsibility.
- You are empathetic towards people with disabilities.
