Our team in the Credit Operations department is looking for a motivated and experienced individual from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, who has a passion for efficient credit processes and excellent customer service.

Your mission

• New business: You are responsible for handling complex new business with real estate collateral (primarily mortgages). You are the main contact person for the customer advisors throughout the entire processing phase. Your responsibility extends from contract creation to limit suspension. In addition, you provide (second) signature for outgoing credit documents.
• Existing business: You independently process existing business (increases/changes/extensions and repayments etc.)
• IT system maintenance: You take care of data entry and maintenance of IT systems such as Finnova, CRM and KBT etc. and prepare dossiers for final control.
• Communication with internal and external parties: You have written and telephone exchanges with authorities, notaries, insurance companies, pension institutions, third-party banks and internal customer advisors.

What you bring

• Completed banking training or comparable education and further training.
• Several years of professional experience in credit processing, especially in the mortgage sector.
• You speak fluent German, ideally also French and Italian.
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working.
• You are a responsible and reliable person who enjoys working in a team and keeps an overview even in hectic situations.
