Our client realises complex residential, commercial and infrastructure projects as well as site and neighbourhood developments with investment volumes ranging from several tens to several hundred million Swiss francs in Central Switzerland. We are seeking a construction manager on their behalf.
Do you want to not only accompany construction sites but actively manage them? Do you like taking responsibility and keeping an overview even in complex projects? Then this position offers you the opportunity to successfully lead visible buildings from execution to handover.
Construction Manager (80 to 100%) | Demanding Building Projects | Lucerne Region
You take responsibility for individual trades or subprojects from execution to commissioning and ensure smooth operations on the construction site.
In this role, you independently lead construction projects through the execution phase and take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs.
• Professional and organisational leadership of assigned trades
• Creation, control and monitoring of scheduling programmes
• Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety
• Tendering, awarding and supervision of contractor services
• Leadership and coordination of subcontractors on site
• Collaboration with specialist planners, companies and internal experts
• Negotiations with suppliers and business partners
• Support and completion of the planning and execution phases
• Continuous optimisation of construction processes and workflows

We expect:
• Completed basic training in construction with appropriate further education
• Training as a construction manager, HF technician, FH degree or comparable qualification advantageous
• Initial experience in construction management desired
• Independent and structured working style
• Organisational skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and confident appearance
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Good MS Office knowledge
