Your tasks

• Advising family carers regarding their family situation and the possibility of employment as family carers
• Conducting the employment process for family carers (initial interview, needs assessment, etc.)
• Introduction, as well as professional and emotional support of family carers; responsibility for the entire care process
• Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of care measures
• Advice and support regarding assistance, relief, and support services
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives and other professionals

You bring with you

• Qualification as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Motivation to give family caregiving a strong voice together with us
• Enjoyment of independent work and building trusting relationships
• Friendly, empathetic, and appreciative manner; high professional and social competence
• Driving licence category B
• Experience in home care (Spitex) is an advantage
