Your tasks
- Advising family carers regarding their family situation and the possibility of employment as family carers
- Conducting the employment process for family carers (initial interview, needs assessment, etc.)
- Introduction, as well as professional and emotional support of family carers; responsibility for the entire care process
- Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of care measures
- Advice and support regarding assistance, relief, and support services
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives and other professionals
You bring with you
- Qualification as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Motivation to give family caregiving a strong voice together with us
- Enjoyment of independent work and building trusting relationships
- Friendly, empathetic, and appreciative manner; high professional and social competence
- Driving licence category B
- Experience in home care (Spitex) is an advantage
