About the job

The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognised severe cerebral palsy, often also presenting various additional disorders and impairments. To complete our team of therapists at the Cugy residential centre, we are looking from 1st December 2026 for:

An Occupational Therapist at 100%

The Position:

• Work within a team of dynamic therapists, with a large degree of autonomy.
• Create and produce adapted auxiliary aids.
• Collaborate and be attentive to the educational teams supporting the beneficiaries.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of therapeutic programmes and educational projects for the beneficiaries.
• Participate in review meetings on beneficiary support.
• Collaborate with families and legal representatives.
• Collaborate with external partners.
• Submit AI requests for auxiliary aids.
• Maintain and update therapeutic files of the beneficiaries.

The Profile:

• Occupational therapist diploma or qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Awareness of multiple disabilities.
• Interest in engaging in an integrated therapy concept.
• Ease in teamwork, organisation and reliability.
• Good computer skills.
