Are you ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic Procurement FP&A Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial decisions that drive global healthcare innovation, while working in an environment that values inclusion and professional development.
What You’ll Do

Lead with Insight

Consolidate EPD Direct Procurement P&L (COGS/PPV) for plans and LBE’s.

Track monthly actuals vs. plan/LBE targets.

Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership.

Analyze & Innovate
-
Conduct material purchase spend analysis.

Develop annual standard cost calculations and analytics.
-
Provide product cost data for commercial planning and new product introductions.

Ensure Compliance & Drive Improvement

Maintain adherence to corporate and local procurement policies.

Support gross margin improvement initiatives through reconciliation, target setting, and pipeline management.

Collaborate & Influence
-
Partner with Direct Procurement leadership to provide financial expertise.

Support controllers across sites in achieving procurement targets.

Consolidate RLBE submissions and review site variances.

Lead Projects
-
Engage in purchasing and costing-related projects that make a real difference.

What We’re Looking For

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.

Experience:
-
4–7 years in Finance, ideally in a multinational environment.

Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Project management experience.
-
Strong skills in financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis (preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
