Research Associate Data Analytics and Mental Health (60-100%)

Your tasks:
As part of a dedicated and cooperative team, you work in an innovative environment. Your tasks are interesting and diverse:
- Independent preparation and analysis in data-intensive projects (e.g., on the mutual influences of work and health)
- Design and methodological support of data collection and evaluations (e.g., literature research, designing questionnaires and research designs)
- Development and application of analysis methods to identify burdened risk groups in organizations
- Co-design of early warning systems for the early detection of health-relevant developments.
- Editorial tasks (creating reports and presentations on study results, contributing to publications)
- Advising and supporting team members on statistical and methodological questions in ongoing and planned projects
- Participation in training and further education, e.g., knowledge transfer on R, analysis methods
Your profile:
As an innovative and team-oriented personality, you have a master's degree (university, ETH, FH), ideally in psychology. You also bring the following:
- Very good knowledge of statistics
- Very good R skills (tidyverse, writing functions, working with Git); R-Markdown/Quarto and HTML knowledge are an advantage
- Strong conceptual and methodical-systematic thinking
- Willingness to independently familiarize yourself with current methodological approaches and statistical procedures
- Interest in health in the workplace
