Cloud Application Manager in the HRM Area

We are looking for you from September 1, 2025, or by agreement as

• Together with your team, you take responsibility for the further development and reliable operation of our HRM cloud applications
• You actively participate in various topics in the HRM area – from 1st-level support tasks to strategic projects with company-wide impact
• We want to develop your role in the team together with you and tailor it to your strengths and interests. Whether you want to take on responsibility immediately as an experienced superpower or grow into the role as a motivated personality – you will find the right space for it with us
• You enjoy working with internal stakeholders, ICT, and external implementation partners, and you bring your ideas and commitment to projects around our HRM applications

• You have completed basic training in the ICT field (computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification)
• You have already gained initial experience in system administration and data management
• You ideally have cloud experience and convince with a solution- and customer-oriented mindset 
• You are a socially competent team player with drive and the willingness to work agilely and independently
