Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and qualified Montessori guide to join our educational team. This position involves teaching English History, Geography and English to students aged 12 to 15 while adhering to Montessori pedagogy. A C1 level of English proficiency and a university degree are required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment based on Montessori principles. Design lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
Teach English History, Geography and English in an engaging and interactive manner. Foster independence, responsibility, and autonomy in students.
Regularly assess students’ progress and adjust teaching accordingly.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a consistent educational experience.
Qualifications and Professional Experience:
English mother tongue or at least C1 level of English proficiency University degree required.
A Montessori diploma is an asset.
2 years of teaching experience in secondary education. Experience in special education is a plus.
Additional Information:
Contract Type: Part-time (20%)
Location: Etoy.
Expected Start Date: August 19, 2024.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
