Our client develops technology for winter tourism and is known worldwide for its high-quality, energy-efficient products and its own expertise. Around 20 employees work at the site, where commitment, flexibility and innovative strength count. The newly created position is not currently being advertised by the company itself. Your tasks

• Independent programming of milling operations with MasterCAM and Mazatrol
• Setting up and running in workpieces on the 3-axis and 5-axis machines
• Manufacturing precision parts with a focus on milling
• Ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy of the manufactured components
• Taking responsibility for the assigned machine park of two Mazak machines
• Participating in the commissioning of the new 5-axis machine from 2028 and taking the lead

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ with a focus on CNC
• Essential: Several years of practical experience in CNC milling and programming with MasterCAM
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Mazatrol
• Enjoyment of mechanics and working on complex components
• Service-oriented, diligent and reliable working style
• Interest in a long-term position on a professional level
• German: Very good (B2)

Your prospects
You will take on a newly created position with a lot of personal responsibility and a long-term perspective. From 2028, you will be allowed to take the lead on a brand new 5-axis machine.
