Service Engineer / Field Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Role

• Carrying out maintenance, service, and repair work on technically demanding systems and equipment
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
• Supporting customers on-site as well as via remote support
• Installation, commissioning, and functional testing of new systems
• Conducting customer training and technical instructions
• Documenting service assignments and actively contributing to continuous improvements

Your Profile

• Technical basic training, for example in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, automation, or electrical engineering
• Experience in service, maintenance, commissioning, or repair of technical systems, machines, or equipment
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and technical challenges
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French and/or Italian are an advantage
