Your tasks
- You are responsible for the admission of outpatient and inpatient patients.
- Thanks to you, a complete and correct recording of outpatient and inpatient patient and case data is ensured.
- You check and clarify insurance coverages (including requesting deposit payments).
- You mostly work during the day (between 06:35 and 22:45) and are prepared to occasionally take on night shifts (22:20 to 07:05).
- Providing patient documentation completes your range of duties.
Your profile
- Completed commercial or comparable basic training
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Routine and efficiency in common Office applications
- Confident German as well as good language skills in English and other languages are an advantage
- High flexibility regarding working days and hours
