As part of Spitex Zurich, you support people where they feel most comfortable: at home. Together with around 1,500 employees, you ensure that over 10,000 clients can continue to live in their familiar environment.
In the Memory Care Team, you accompany people with dementia with expertise and heart. In the Somatic Care Team, varied assignments, independent work, and a broad range of nursing tasks await you.

YOUR TASKS
- You care for and accompany our clients with heart and professional competence in their familiar home environment.
- You support and advise relatives and actively involve them in the care process.
- You work closely with the case-leading nursing professional and contribute to holistic care.
- You maintain constructive collaboration with colleagues as well as with external specialist agencies and doctors to ensure the best possible care.
