Do you want to take responsibility in day-to-day operations and stay close to production? In this versatile role, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, with the highest quality and on schedule in the production lines within the cleanroom (ISO 7). With your technical understanding, structured working method, and clear, appreciative manner, you support the team in daily operations and ensure that requirements are reliably met.
What you can achieve
- Ensuring compliance with all cleanroom requirements as well as our high-quality standards
- Guaranteeing the availability of cleanroom products as needed and on time
- Ensuring smooth material flow and demand-oriented production of products and components
- Supervising and monitoring the technical equipment in the cleanroom
- Productive participation in production
- Training employees, ensuring structured onboarding of new team members, and maintaining the qualification matrix
- Promoting smooth, cross-shift communication and close exchange with relevant interfaces
- Coordinating personnel deployment within the production lines in agreement with the superior
- Checking line cleaning and granting line release
- Participating in projects and supporting continuous optimisation of process workflows
- Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable safety and hygiene standards
What distinguishes you
- Several years of professional experience in a production company and as a supervisor, ideally in shift work
- Experience in cleanroom environments with corresponding hygiene and cleanroom requirements is an advantage
- Technical understanding of production equipment
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills and a strong affinity for IT systems
- Organisational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic production environment
- Confident demeanour and the ability to consistently implement quality standards, processes, and requirements
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness, combined with respectful, appreciative, and solution-oriented communication
- High personal responsibility, integrity, and a pronounced quality and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system and in the cleanroom (ISO 7)
