We are looking for a personality who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, acts pragmatically and improves our HR in everyday life.

You accompany employees and managers on personnel-related topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle and ensure that our HR processes function professionally, reliably and service-oriented. In doing so, you combine operational implementation strength with a clear eye for quality, structure and further development.

You take responsibility for administrative and operational HR matters, ensure the quality of our HR data and processes, communicate with internal and external partners, and keep an overview even when handling several topics simultaneously.

You clarify labour law, social security law and organisational issues and keep an eye on the consistent implementation of agreed solutions.

You recognise potential for improvement, bring in new impulses and continuously develop our HR processes, standards and ways of working.

You are an HR professional with a strong service orientation, sound common sense and enjoyment of a dynamic environment. You work in a structured way, think holistically and bring topics to a clean conclusion.
