You produce working drawings by hand or on the computer with CAD, which serve as the basis for the manufacture of furniture and components as well as their assembly. You are capable of producing workpieces according to plans. In addition to solid wood, you also process plywood, chipboard and fibreboard, plastics and certain metals. You cut, plane, drill, mill and sand on large stationary machines and CNC machining centres. For certain tasks, you use handy electric and pneumatic tools and manufacture individual furniture as well as interior fittings. You also deal with veneer and coating work as well as surface treatment.Requirements
