About the job
For our branches in Zermatt, we are looking for a Shop Manager 80 - 100 % (m/f/d) starting 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.In this role, you are responsible for the Yosemite by Transa and Icebreaker Zermatt shops. Together with a team of 10, you lead the two shops and bear the professional and personnel responsibility. All team members share the same goal: to offer our customers in Zermatt the best advice on all things outdoor products.

YOUR SPECIALITY AS SHOP MANAGER
- Rethinking retail, ensuring a positive customer experience while not forgetting the essential needs of employees? That is what your leadership role is about.
- Connecting people, understanding contexts, and bringing together the right interfaces in everyday sales. It’s in your blood.
- Managing the figures for sales, costs, and personnel planning of the branches in Zermatt. You have it under control.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new employees – both personally and professionally. Absolutely essential.
- Actively supporting the sales routine in Zermatt while keeping an overview of shift planning. That’s part of it too.
- Sharing knowledge, shaping the product range, and ensuring product know-how within the team. The best thing in the world.

THIS IS YOU
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in retail. Evident in your profile.
- Developing and specifically promoting employees. This is important to you.
- Experience in retail and with sales strategy aspects. You bring this with you.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English at least at C1 level. French? A plus.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in common MS Office programmes. Of course.
- Open, communicative, and solution-oriented. That’s how your environment describes you.
- New organisational models and agile working methods. They inspire you.
- Outdoors on trips or outdoor adventures. Your hobby.
