Task
Our Corporate Finance and Treasury Management team is looking for a highly motivated person to strengthen the team. Your continuous development is very important to us and we support you both in terms of time and financially in your training as a Certified Public Accountant.
How you advance KPMG
- Support the audit and analysis of treasury and financial processes
- Learn to evaluate internal controls and identify risks early
- Conduct tests on derivatives, bonds, and other financial instruments and review their valuation and documentation
- Check cash flows, liquidity reports, and bank accounts for accuracy and transparency
- Review hedge accounting processes for correct application and documentation
- Check compliance with IFRS 9, IFRS 7, IFRS 13 as well as local GAAPs (e.g., Swiss GAAP) in treasury and financial processes
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and audit teams and contribute your own ideas
- Help optimize processes and develop best practices in treasury audit
Why you are successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, or economics, preferably with a focus on accounting & controlling, auditing, or finance
- Initial professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or audit is an advantage
- Committed, reliable, and team-oriented personality who can adapt well to different stakeholders
- Quick comprehension, assertiveness, as well as a forward-looking and detail-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and a strong flair for numbers
- Willingness to support our international clients on-site throughout Switzerland
- Excellent German and English skills
- Motivation and willingness to complete training as a Certified Public Accountant
