What you can achieve
- Reception and admission of patients
- Appointment scheduling, issuing prescriptions/orders according to medical instructions, recording services and administrative tasks during consultations
- Performing blood draws, removal of stitches and clips, wound checks as directed by doctors
- Preparation and assistance with infiltrations, PRP treatments, punctures
- Close communication and collaboration with various interfaces and interdisciplinary teams
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as MPA or FaGe
- Preferably several years of professional experience in a hospital or larger medical practice, as well as knowledge of medical terminology, with a focus on orthopaedics being an advantage
- Confident German language skills, foreign languages advantageous (French, English)
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP or comparable applications
- Strong service orientation and a high sense of responsibility
