Our reception team is the first point of contact for customers in our Zurich-City and Winterthur branches as well as at the Hard and Steinfels locations. Customer needs and service culture are constantly evolving, which is why the hospitality and service mindset is the focus and more important than ever. Together with you, we inspire our customers every day with a high-quality and professional service, fulfill their wishes, create experiences, and provide reliable and competent information. With great passion and conscientiousness, we live our service. In the role as a receptionist for the various business houses, you are our business card. You are the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for welcoming and directing customers to the appropriate departments
- Managing meeting and conference rooms, including service for our customers
- Processing and responding to room reservation requests
- Monitoring security systems and ensuring access for craftsmen and suppliers
- Responsible for cleanliness and order in the reception areas
- Providing information of all kinds in German and English
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the service sector as well as several years of professional experience in reception, service, and/or concierge areas (hotel, bank, or airline)
- Well-groomed appearance as well as very good manners and values such as warmth, loyalty, and discretion are a matter of course for you
- You enjoy working in service with direct customer contact
- You work independently, bring great flexibility and reliability combined with a high service orientation
- You are proficient in common MS Office applications
- Fluent German and very good English skills
