The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
We are looking for a specialist for the Schönenbüel residential home in Teufen immediately or by arrangement:
Secretariat 40-50%
Your tasks:
- Support of the site management in administrative and organizational matters
- Ensuring the smooth running of the secretariat
- Independent handling of administrative and reception tasks
- General correspondence, coding of creditor invoices
- Independent management of the home cash register
What we expect:
- Commercial basic training as well as practical experience in the secretariat area or executive assistance
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, MS 365, SharePoint) and confident German
- Independent, structured, and very self-reliant working style
- Open, communicative, and honest personality
- Enjoyment in contact with our clients
- Responsible, independent, and initiative personality with a strong service orientation and pronounced organizational skills
- Loyalty, confidentiality, team orientation, and humor
