Job Description
Position and Responsibilities
- Manufacture composite parts: You will participate in the manufacture of composite parts (furniture, panels). You will need to lay up the parts in pre-preg under vacuum bagging, carry out autoclave and press curing according to the provided processes and plans. You will need to perform infusions (glass/epoxy/foam sandwich) and carry out trimming and bonding. You will be responsible for the traceability of your work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Training as a multi-process composite materials operator or equivalent with initial experience or beginner in composite parts manufacturing.
- You master composite processing methods (vacuum moulding, sandwich parts).
- Mastery of vacuum bagging is mandatory.
- You have an eye for detail and are committed to producing parts with a high degree of quality.
Additional information
- Day shifts or shift work: 6:00-13:20 and the other week 13:10-20:30 (20 min paid break)
- Position open for permanent, fixed-term and temporary contracts
- The position is to be filled at JCB AERO – an AMAC Aerospace Company & based in Auch (32)
- Salary according to experience + bonuses + meal allowance
