- Assuming procurement responsibility as a specialist for the integration of planning, work, and delivery services within a project organization for building and civil engineering projects.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies considering the specific requirements of construction projects, regulatory requirements, and the SIA and KBOB guidelines.
- Preparing and conducting (including leading award negotiations and drafting contracts) procurements for planning services with a focus on architectural and general planning services.
- Guiding the connected planners for the procurement of work and delivery services as well as general or total contractor services.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating market developments, supplier landscapes, and industry-specific trends.
- Establishing and maintaining a supplier evaluation system.
- Identifying and assessing procurement risks and deriving measures to minimize risks.
- Ensuring quality, transparency, fairness, and legal certainty in the procurement process as well as any change order management.
- Further developing contract templates for work services and guiding the connected planners in the tendering process for work and delivery services.
- Proven several years of experience in the construction environment with additional qualifications in procurement, contract law, or project management.
- Several years of professional experience in strategic or project purchasing, especially in construction services, architectural and general planning services.
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss procurement landscape, especially SIA and KBOB standards.
- Experience in conducting award procedures and contract management.
- Team orientation, initiative, and resilience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, and pronounced problem-solving competence.
- Good knowledge of common IT tools.
- Fluent in German, French is an advantage.
