- Completed commercial training or apprenticeship in hospitality required.
- Strong communication and flexibility as a team player.
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages a plus.

- Support and operational implementation of events in the house
- Assistance to the Banquet Operations Manager in all operational and administrative areas as well as representation in their absence
- Ensuring optimal guest satisfaction with friendly and attentive service to guests, including monitoring during events
- Coordination of the entire banquet area to ensure a smooth process after taking over the event from the Sales-MICE area
- Care for weddings, private events, and business events
- Support in organizing and conducting training and workshops for employees
- Completed commercial basic training or apprenticeship in the hotel industry
- Professional experience in the banquet area
- Communicative and flexible team player with a high level of service readiness
- Experience in employee management is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and organized way of working
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
