In this role, you are an important part of our import/export team in the area of European land transport, bringing enthusiasm, competence and a sense of responsibility. You actively contribute to the smooth handling of our international transport orders and keep an overview even in demanding situations. With a joy for coordination and a solution-oriented approach, you ensure that our customers can rely on a dependable and efficient transport process.

Your tasks:

Receiving, organising and scheduling import and export ordersRecording orders in the systemScheduling appointments with customers, partner companies and authoritiesCompiling, creating and checking relevant freight and customs documentsInvoicing customersChecking and referencing creditor invoicesPrice negotiations and purchasing of cargo space from carriersProviding daily prices to customersMonitoring deadlines and quality of ordersContact and correspondence with customers, partner companies and suppliersHandling customer enquiries and complaint managementPerforming various job-related administrative tasksSupporting the optimisation of internal processesYour profile:

You have completed commercial training or training in the logistics sector and have already gained practical experience in shipping processing, ideally in import and/or export. Confident use of IT tools and MS Office is a matter of course for you. Your strong organisational and planning skills help you keep an overview even in hectic situations. You communicate proactively and confidently in German, French and English, work in a structured, precise and efficient manner. Reliability, teamwork and an independent working style complete your profile.
