Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the entire project controlling of IT and data migration projects, keeping budgets, costs, and deadlines under control
• You keep an eye on the profitability of each project, identify deviations early, and take timely corrective action
• You collect the Estimated Time to Complete (ETC) from the project managers, validate it, and keep the project plans up to date
• You relieve the project managers administratively so they can focus on implementation
• You create meaningful KPI reports and dashboards in Power BI
• You present results, deviations, and recommendations for action directly to management

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in project controlling or PMO in IT, SAP, or data migration environments
• Confident use of Excel and Power BI
• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable further education (e.g. project manager with federal certificate, federal certificate in finance and accounting)
• Strong numerical and budget understanding combined with a holistic view
• Independent, responsible working style
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance up to management level
• Fluent German and good English skills (level B1+)
