You will work 100% in various departments in Zug and our showrooms
This position offers you
- We offer you a structured Career Start Programme, in which you will be gradually trained to become a Junior Account Manager
- For 12 months you will work in five different departments, where you will take relevant development steps and gain practical insights into the world of account management
- After a basic phase of five months, you will specialise for seven months in the department that suits you best – your subsequent entry as a Junior Account Manager is not the goal, but the beginning of your career at V-ZUG
- You will benefit from personal mentoring, regular feedback discussions with clear target requirements and a targeted training programme in various relevant areas

What you bring to the position
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, communication, business psychology or a similar field
- Ideally, you have basic training in sales, technology or gastronomy or are interested in these areas
- With your strong customer orientation and confident appearance, you inspire our customers throughout Switzerland
- Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, openness to new experiences and a high degree of initiative characterise you
- Thanks to your very independent and structured way of working, you succeed in organising, prioritising and implementing projects efficiently
- With your strong communication skills, negotiation ability and winning manner, you succeed in long-term relationship management and acquiring new customers
- A category B driving licence as well as fluent German skills (C2) and fluent English skills (at least B2) complete your profile
