• active client support including sample selection
• close collaboration with internal draftsmen, architects & site managers
• coordinate building permits & requirements
• supervise construction & engineering planning
• prepare tenders, award contracts & organise insurances
• monitor construction progress
• responsible for costs, invoices & construction accounting
• handle warranty cases

Your Profile

• basic training as draftsman specialising in architecture - preferably with further training as TS or site manager
• competent, communicative & customer-oriented personality
• quick comprehension & networked thinking
• efficient, independent working style
• high quality standards
• team player, flexible & solution-oriented
