Customer Advisor Sales Internal Service (80–100 %)

For a versatile company, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality to strengthen the internal service team. In this role, you are an important contact person for customers and support the sales team with administrative and organisational tasks.

With your independent and structured way of working, you ensure efficient processes and professional customer care.

Your Tasks

• Support and advice for customers by phone and email
• Receipt, verification and processing of orders and customer concerns
• Preparation of quotations and comparison overviews as support for the field service
• Support with technical questions and user problems related to digital applications (first-level support)
• Participation in internal projects as well as in the further development and optimisation of workflows
• Coordination and exchange with external contacts and business partners

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in working with different contacts
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even under high workload
• Good German and French skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Confident handling of digital work tools and common office applications
